Cancer cell: the menace of a different order

Cancer cell: the menace of a different order The main cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide has been represented by cardiovascular diseases for many years. But cancer now claims that position. In the human organism, built up by trillions of cells that act together in a coordinated manner, cancer cells represent a medical mutiny. A mutiny that is meant to give a different order, yielding cells that are more competitive in the battle for survival than the ones they have derived from. This new army of cells has the capacity to multiply and invade upon healthy tissues in order to give their own order, convincing the body cells to change their original organization and to meet the requirements of cancer cells. cancer; DNA repair; cancer cell properties http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Romanian Journal of Artistic Creativity Addleton Academic Publishers

Abstract

The main cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide has been represented by cardiovascular diseases for many years. But cancer now claims that position. In the human organism, built up by trillions of cells that act together in a coordinated manner, cancer cells represent a medical mutiny. A mutiny that is meant to give a different order, yielding cells that are more competitive in the battle for survival than the ones they have derived from. This new army of cells has the capacity to multiply and invade upon healthy tissues in order to give their own order, convincing the body cells to change their original organization and to meet the requirements of cancer cells. cancer; DNA repair; cancer cell properties
