The third great epoch in the evolution of the spiritual man was inaugurated by Jesus of Nazareth. In this chapter, the author attempts to scientifically verify Jesus' history. The author considers the God which Jesus proclaimed before noting Jesus' intellectual, intuitional, and psychical powers, his perfect knowledge of the laws of the soul, his reason (which was always in the ascendant), and his perfect moral and religious character. The author provides modern confirmation of the truth of Jesus' philosophy and psychic methods. Psychic phenomena is evidence of Jesus' divine mission. The author concludes with a discussion of the divine heritage and the vitality of the Christian religion. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2022 APA, all rights reserved)
