He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He currently serves as associate editor of the Joumal of Global Information Management. He also serves as chair of the ACM special interest group on Computer Personnel Research. He has published in MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, Group Decision and Negotiation, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and DATA BASE. His research interests include MIS personnel, global MIS, virtual organizations, teams, and meetings. Jo Ellen Moore is an Assistant Professor in Computer Management and Information Systems at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She holds a Ph.D. from Indiana
