He earned his Ph.D. from Georgia State University. His research interests focus on computer personnel and productivity issues. Dr. Ramakrishna is a member of the DSI, AIS, and INFORMS. He has published in Interfaces, Journal of CIS, Omega, Information and Management and other journals. Xiaohua Lin is Assistant Professor of International Business at the University of Windsor, Canada. His research has focused on the relationship aspects of management with a strong international and crosscultural orientation. His works have appeared in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of international Marketing, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, and Journal of Relationship Marketing.
