Abstract
AbstractIn this work we describe a rare case of a patient with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) developed on the background of specific medical history of morbus Gilbert with chronically elevated bilirubin and recurrent attacks of macroscopic haematuria. We focus on a differential diagnosis of the disease, its obstacles, and treatment options.
