Precision tracking control for piezoelectric actuator using pseudo discrete-time Bouc-Wen model

Precision tracking control for piezoelectric actuator using pseudo discrete-time Bouc-Wen model This paper deals with the control problem of piezoelectric actuators. A discrete-time hysteresis model which is inspired by continuous-time Bouc-Wen model is used to describe the hysteresis phenomenon. We try to fuse the new model with the adaptive control techniques, where the unknown parameters in the model are updated online. The control algorithm ensures the stability of the closed-loop system. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Keywords: piezoelectric actuator; PEA; Bouc-Wen model; adaptive control; hysteresis. Abstract

This paper deals with the control problem of piezoelectric actuators.
