Such material may be deposited, free of charge, either at the request of the author and with the approval of the Co-editor or on the recommendation of the Co-editor and with the approval of the author. Under this scheme, authors will submit articles, including two copies of any material to be deposited, to the editors for refereeing in the normal way. The author should indi- cate clearly the material that he wishes to be deposited.
