Sarcomas are most frequently found in the extremities or in the retroperitoneal space. Less than 1% of all sarcomas are found in the paratesticular space, and fewer than 100 cases of liposarcoma have been reported in this location. We present a rare case of a paratesticular dedifferentiated liposarcoma containing 3 separate tissue histologies and review the literature concerning paratesticular liposarcomas.
