Petechia of the Penis: Sexual Habits or Adverse Drug Reaction? To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of recurring small red macules (petechia), exclusively localized on the gland secondary to fellatio in an adult man, who is on therapy with acetylsalicylic acid. No previous studies have been ever conducted on the possible onset of penis petechia after oral sex.
