STARUNG MEDICAL EXPERT DIES ON SHIP Was Professor of Physiology of University College, London, and noted Lecturer and Writer WAS IN POOR HEALTH Passed away Suddenly when near Port Royal; Buried at Half Way Tree yesterday. It is with deep regret we chronicle this morning the death of Dr Ernest Henry Starling, CMG, a noted lecturer and writer on Physiology, which occurred on board the Elders and Fyffes steamer Ariguani on Monday morning shortly before the vessel J. The body was taken to the mortuary at St. Joseph's Sanatorium; meanwhile, the United Fruit Company cabled home to the relatives of the deceased for instructions. Those attending the funeral were: Lieut. Agnew, R.N., ADC representing His Excellency the Governor, and taking a wreath sent by His Excellency; Drs. I. W. McLean, C. Strathairn, J. Geoghegan, Cyril Gideon, R. Howson, K. M. B. Simon, C. A. Moseley, Ludlow Moody, E. V. Smith, Major Dawson, RAMC, G. F. Baxter and B. E. Washburn.
