[Part II of this book examines the Know Your Self curriculum as a process of engaged learning that mentors person-centered psychospiritual maturation and inclusive community-building. This chapter summarizes results from an effectiveness study of the curriculum. The study employed a quasi-experimental, mixed methods design. This approach produced a highly granular qualitative analysis of individual and group psychospiritual development among participants in the Know Your Self curriculum (experimental group), with triangulated statistical comparisons of learning outcomes between experimental and control groups. This chapter reports statistical results from the quantitative component of the study and numerical summaries of results from the qualitative component. These data provide an evidence-based introduction to the case studies that will be presented in subsequent chapters. This chapter concludes with an introduction to these individual and group case studies.]
