[After thirty-eight years of rapid growth since introduction of the reform and opening-up policy, China’s economy has entered a new development stage. This is especially true after the global financial crisis. With no more miraculous double-digit growth, China’s economic growth is slowing down. China is still facing strategic opportunities for economic development, and the overall trend in its economic growth remains unchanged.
