Abstract
[Green industrial transformation is an important manifestation of the practice of green development in the special economic zones of China. First, this report comprehensively discusses and analyzes specific measures taken by Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou, Xiamen and Hainan in the green transformation of three industries in 2016. This report not only summarizes the common characteristics of the special economic zones in green industrial transformation, but also analyzes differences and reasons. Second, this report describes the environmental effects of green industrial transformation in the special economic zones. Third, by selecting the quantitative indicators of green industrial transformation, this report establishes the evaluation system and model of the comprehensive ability of green industrial transformation and ranks and comprehensively evaluates the special economic zones’ capability for green industrial transformation. Finally, in view of the challenges confronted by green industrial transformation in the special economic zones, this report puts forward relevant policy suggestions.]
