[It is the characteristic of turning points in history that the majority of people have no idea of what is occurring. Only visionaries who have a clear idea of the positive potential of the future are able to intervene at moments of decision, avert potential catastrophes, and usher in a new epoch of humanity. We find ourselves in such a phase change: the old world order developed after World War II and especially after the disintegration of the Soviet Union is in the process of dissolution, but what the new order will look like is not clear yet.
