SamenvattingPatiënten met een hoog risico op nabloeding na endoscopische hemostase van een bloedende maagzweer krijgen vaak pantoprazol toegediend. Er wordt meestal gestart met een bolusinjectie, gevolgd door 8 mg/uur toediening via de spuitenpomp tot 72 uur na de ingreep. De KNMP-Kennisbank5 geeft ook de keuze om na endoscopische hemostase te switchen naar 3 dd 40 mg bolus t/m 72 uur na de ingreep. Vanaf dag 4 kan bij beide behandelingen overgestapt worden naar orale toediening.
