Olanzapine Augmentation of Clozapine In clinical practice, patients are encountered who are partial responders or nonresponders to clozapine. There are others who are unable to tolerate a high dosage of clozapine. In the two cases presented, we propose an alternative strategy using olanzapine in combination with clozapine in treatment-refractory patients.
