Abstract

[As Nigeria enters into the third decade of the twenty-first century with a population estimated to be in excess of 200 million people, it is considered a most opportune time to take a critical look at the country’s industrial development policies and strategies with a view to coming up with a more robust industrial master plan to meet the yearnings and aspirations of its people.
