[This chapter places the processes and people hitherto encountered into wider metropolitan contexts. It considers businesses that were auxiliary to the trade in satirical prints, how respect, reputation, and expertise were cultivated by networking and association, and the value of environment, geography, and trade distribution to commercial success. It argues that publishers of satirical prints must not be separated from the business, interpersonal, and environmental networks they embedded themselves within, a commercial ecosystem their businesses relied upon for strength, security, and prosperity.]
