As regards English 'social workers coming to Australia, we should be very glad to advise you on the professional qualifica­ tions of any particular applic:lnt about Whom you might be in doubt. If we may put forward a suggestion on this particular problem, it would be to the effect that you might consider including a sp~cial clause in your constitution worded in some such words as the following:- 'Th8t the Council has the power at its discretion to admit to full membership persons from qverseas with exceptional qualifications and experience Who do not technicnlly fulfil the qualifications of membership of the Association ..
