Contribution a l'Étude du Développement Préimaginal des Ooencyrtus, Parasites Oophages des Punaises des Blés

Contribution a l'Étude du Développement Préimaginal des Ooencyrtus, Parasites Oophages des... Summary Contribution to the study of preimaginal growth of Ooencyrtus, oophagous parasites of the Wheat-Bug. The present study deals with the larval growth and development of three oophagous parasites of the Wheat Bug: Ooencyrtus fecundus Ferr. & Voeg., O. nigetrimus Ferr. & Voeg., et O. telenomicida Vass. Existence of four larval stages has been evidenced on the basis of mandible size. Larva I showed growth essentially in length while larvae II and III appeared to grow both in length and width. Maximal width of larval body in stages II and III has been showed to be exponentially related to time expressed in hours and maximal body length of these two same stages followed a linear type evolution. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Annales de la Société entomologique de France (N S ) Taylor & Francis
