Summary Description of Calopterygine Larvae (four species) from Gaboon [Odonata]. The unknown larvae of Sapho bicolor, S. gloriosa, Umma longistigma and U. mesostigma, collected in streams around Makokou in eastern Gaboon are described and illustrated from the last instar (Z). A key of the larvae including also the genus Phaon is given. The difference between younger instars (V to Y) are studied; the classification of the different instars has been based upon the length of the style in female larvae. Biology and Ecology will be studied in a further paper.
