Facilitating Factors for Nonresident Parents' Financial Provisions for Children in Hong Kong

Abstract

This study examines the facilitating factors for nonresident parents' financial provisions for children among the Chinese in Hong Kong. It found that financial provisions from nonresident parents are subject to economic and ideological as well as relational factors.
