SUMMARY A. S. Balachowsky: The mission of National Museum of Natural History of Paris in French Guiana The National Museum of Natural History of Paris organized an entomological expedition in French Guiana (October-December 1969). General information concerning the aim, itinerary, type of different stations explored by the four members of the mission is given. In spite of bad climatic conditions (peak of dry season) more than 15 000 specimens of Insects of different Orders were collected. This material is presently distributed to the different World specialists for study.
