Abstract

Summary Nepenthomyia malayana gen. n., sp. n. is described based on materials bred from pitchers of Nepenthes ampullaria in West Malaysia. Taxonomic relationships are discussed for establishement of new genus in Calliphoridae. Male and female genitalia, and third instar larva are figured.
