Révision du Groupe des Stictococcus, et Création de Taxa Nouveaux [Homoptera, Coccoidea]

Révision du Groupe des Stictococcus, et Création de Taxa Nouveaux [Homoptera, Coccoidea] Summary Richard Cl.: Revision of the Stictococcus, and description of new taxa. This study, which completes my research published in 1971, has lead me to consider that the sub-family of the Stictococcinae (Lindinger, 1913) should in reality be reclassified as a family: the Stictococcidae. This family, which I have now divided into three genera, Stictococcus sens nov., Parastictococcus comb. nov., and Hockiana gen. nov., contains 15 species, five of which are new. The principal morphological and systematic characters are specified, followed by the diagnosis of the genera and the new species. Keys for their identification are presented. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Annales de la Société entomologique de France (N S ) Taylor & Francis

Abstract

Summary Richard Cl.: Revision of the Stictococcus, and description of new taxa.
