Colleen S. Harris, the editor, serves as information lit- eracy coordinator and assistant librarian at California State University Channel Islands; previously she was the assistant head of access and delivery services at North Carolina State University. Although she had not been an academic library director at the time of publication, she has been active in the scholarship of library administration. For example, she contributed a chapter to Library Management Tips that Work in 2011 and published articles in The Bottom Line: Managing Library Finances.
