Abstract The Office of Population Affairs administers the Adolescent Family Life Program. Authorized in 1981, the Adolescent Family Life Act funds adolescent pregnancy prevention programs as well as care programs for pregnant and parenting teens. It also funds research into related issues, including adoption.
