Abstract
Summary Descamps M. — Studies on Guyana ecosystems. I-Dendrophilous Eumastacoidea & Acridoidea (Orthoptera). The dendrophilous fauna of a small area of the guianese forest in the Haut-Oyapock, has been studied by collecting on purposely newly cut trees. 34 species (including 18 new to Science) distributed in 27 genera (9 of which are new to Science) have been collected. 140 drawings are figured. This fauna is compared to that of Colombian Amazonia (Descamps, 1976).
