Summary F. Ramade & S. Le Bras: Studies on haemolymph proteins variations of adult houseflies. Proteins of houseflies haemolymphe have been separated by the use of Polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis. These investigations have shown us that 14 major proteins bands occur in both sexes. Their intensity exhibit great variation according to sex, âge and feeding. Sugar fed females never show height protein concentration nor any variation on electrophoretic patterns with aging. At the opposite, fraction M, I and J undergo a strong increase during the first 3 days of the gonotrophic cycle and then decrease at the time of oviposition. Moreover, a sex-specific protein I1 occurs in ♀ haemolvmph.
