The main body of this book consists of semi-structured interviews, which range from eight to eighteen pages in length illustrated with photos of the leaders and their libraries. The interviews are divided into three sections by type of library: national and state libraries, public and city libraries, and other libraries. The authors promise to document effective leadership and current and emerging trends in libraries world-wide.
