Here we present, for the first time anywhere, literary biography and literary criticism on this important new voice. This makes an important statement on a crucial issue while at the same time achieving a nice "look" and capturing an important genre of writing. Tim Homan's article on traditional mountain language usage makes, we feel, an important contribution to this fascinating topic. To complement Darnell Arnoult's poetry we present work from well-established poets http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Appalachian Review University of North Carolina Press
