The volume contains four review articles and 12 empirical papers or research notes, which explore a very broad cross section of the hospitality and leisure industry. The review topics included: Servqual; burnout in management; measurement issues in leisure; and employee rights and privacy. The empirical papers and research notes involved: Delphi study of consumers of the future; constraints of seniors to the arts; price practices and consumer behaviour; participation of people with disabilities; market developments in hotels; supply chain management of airlines; trip satisfaction; attitudes to environment management; brand relationship quality scale; effects of the design of online information and customer satisfaction; links between gastronomy and heritage; and affects of terrorism.
