ALGERIA: Ministerial Reshuffle The move sees the departure of the foreign minister.President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has conducted a reshuffle of the cabinet, the Algerian Presidency said in a statement published on its website on March 16th and later relayed by the state news agency APS.The reshuffle saw Ahmed Attaf appointed as foreign minister, replacing Ramtane Lamamra. Attaf had previously held the post between 1999 and 2000 under former President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.Tayeb Zitouni replaced Kamel Rezig as commerce minister.
